Take advantage of that.

Enjoy it.

Show up.

Immerse yourself in living.

Be actively engaged in your own life while you are here.

Ain’t no do-overs after this.

Go to that event.

Take that class.

Meet new people.

Take that trip.

Try that food.

Spend time in nature.

Create.

Dance.

Open up.

Choose relationships that align.

Move.

Talk.

The list goes on.

Your four walls are not a casket.

I live by this:

If you don’t have anything new to talk about then that just means you’re not trying anything new.

Ask yourself, what’s new in my life?
It clears things up real quick.

Make yourself proud by the end.
